Background and Experience    

             Daniel Fort is the principal attorney at the Law Office of Daniel W. Fort, LLC and he has extensive experience handling both civil and criminal matters for his clients. Mr. Fort’s practice spans a variety of areas including residential and commercial real estate, landlord tenant law, business formation, and other transactional matters. In addition to growing a successful St. Louis area law practice, Mr. Fort holds a Missouri Title Insurance Producer’s License and has extensive experience working with a local title company and their title insurance underwriters to investigate and resolve a variety of title insurance claims. Mr. Fort has also worked in partnership with an out of state firm to assist with collections efforts on behalf of a national lender.   

            Mr. Fort earned his J.D. at Tulane Law School in New Orleans, LA, and a B.A. in Political Science at The University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and a member of both, the American Bar Association and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Mr. Fort is also a founding member of the Future Leaders of The Harris House Board.
